 Pilates Coach Method

The primary aim of Pilates is to promote stability and mobility of the body. It enhances awareness and promotes posture.

Each movement is carried out with precision, maintaining a constant connection between mind and body.

Our sessions incorporate use of Bender ball ,TRX, kettlebells and  props such as, foam rollers, bands, circle, stability balls and gliders.

We also house a private Pilates room with reformers, stability chairs and towers for semi-private and private classes.

Yoga
